space to grow, together.

We are leaders supporting and learning from other leaders.

Our members are supportive of each other's professional and personal growth—and uniquely qualified to understand the challenges of like-women in leadership positions.

That’s what makes this group so inclusive and rewarding.

Our mission, year after year, is to provide a forum for our members to promote the exchange of ideas, provide networking opportunities, offer educational and cultural programs, enhance the growth of our members as leaders and decision makers, and make a positive contribution to the next generation of female leaders in our community.

We become connected through our shared perspectives, experiences, backgrounds, yet what makes us stronger is our openness to embrace diversity of opinion, personalities and cultures.

THE FULFILLMENT FUND

Advancing career paths of the next female leaders.

Since 2006, the WLC has partnered with the Fulfillment Fund to establish a mentoring program designed to create opportunities for our members to give their advice and perspective to disadvantaged young women navigating their career paths. We believe that every woman, from any background or circumstance, should have access to opportunities to further their professional ventures.

This program was born out of our sincere commitment to supporting the next generation of female leaders, starting in our own communities. The mentorship relationship is invaluable, and in fact the young women involved in the Fulfillment Fund are often the first in their families to attend, and go on to graduate a post-secondary education.
