Nancy Silverton is the co-owner of Pizzeria Mozza and Osteria Mozza in Los Angeles and Newport Beach, as well as Mozza2Go and Chi Spacca in LA. She also founded the world-renowned La Brea Bakery and Campanile Restaurant, an institution that Angelenos cherished for decades.
Suzanne Tracht is the chef and owner of the critically-acclaimed Jar Restaurant. In 2002, Food and Wine Magazine honored Tracht with “Best New Chefs”.
Dina Samson, the “happenstance restaurateur” opened her first restaurant, Sotto alongside husband/chef Steve Samson in 2011, quickly learning the ropes as the opening general manager. Since then, she has been the operational glue for their two current concepts, Rossoblu and Superfine Pizza.
