Let's travel back to France as we learn about Caviar - a private "Caviar 301" class from caviar expert Christopher Klapp. We will sample some of Petrossian's exquisite and expensive caviars from around the world paired with French champagne. You will learn how the world's finest caviar is made, how to savor each bite and discover the perfect combination of taste and texture. Afterwards, we will enjoy a decadent four-course dinner with curated French wine pairings. The menu is prepared by Executive Chef Carlos Cabrera, previously at Le Cirque at The Bellagio in Las Vegas.
